These Terms govern your use of the website of Alkeme Design Cybersecurity S.R.L. ("Alkeme Design", "we", "us") and, where applicable, our design services. By using this website you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Alkeme Design Cybersecurity S.R.L. is a creative design studio registered in Romania, with its registered office at Str. Octav Doicescu nr. 2, ap. 6, Cisnădie, Sibiu County, Romania. Contact: [email protected].

2. Our services

We provide creative design services including brand identity, packaging, web design, Instagram grids, ad creative and related work. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that project.

3. Intellectual property of this website

All content on this website, including text, design, code and images, is owned by or licensed to Alkeme Design and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

4. Ownership of project work

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, on full payment the final approved deliverables created for a client belong to that client. We retain ownership of preliminary concepts, working files and unused ideas, and the right to feature completed work in our portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials, for obtaining any required licences for third-party assets they supply (such as fonts or images), and for timely feedback so we can meet agreed timelines.

6. Payment

Fees, payment terms and any deposits are set out in the project proposal or agreement. Work begins once those terms are accepted.

7. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Romania.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
