Cookie Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Alkeme Design SRL uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (alkeme.design), and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. We use cookies in line with the GDPR and Romanian Law nr. 506/2004 (which transposes the EU ePrivacy Directive).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. We also use similar technologies such as local storage.
2. The cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work and be secure (including our hosting/security provider Cloudflare and remembering your cookie choice). These do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics (consent-based) — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These load only after you accept cookies and can be declined.
We do not use advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.
3. First-party and third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by us directly (first-party). Others are set by the third-party services above (Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft) and are also governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Your consent & how to control cookies
Non-essential (analytics) cookies load only after you give consent through the cookie banner shown on the site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and you can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
