Where engineering meets creativity

Ovidiu's journey runs from Mechatronics Engineering through the Culinary Arts and into Design, giving him a structured yet creative approach to brand storytelling, digital design and packaging. His engineering background brings a precise, problem-solving mindset, while a decade in the culinary world fuels a deep understanding of sensory-driven branding: how design can evoke emotion, experience and engagement. For the past 5 years he has specialised in social media and Instagram grids, graphic and brand design, website creation and packaging design for product brands.

Most studios come at design from one direction. Alkeme comes at it from two: the discipline of an engineer and the sensory instinct of someone who spent years in the kitchen. That combination is why the work looks premium and holds together as a system, not just a nice-looking asset that falls apart the moment a brand tries to scale it.

How I work

Alkeme is a small, hands-on studio, not a faceless agency. You work directly with me. No account layers, no diluted vision, no design-by-committee.
